In September 2014 the interpretation community gathered for our annual conference in the historic northern City of Manchester. Our theme centred on the art of communicating emotion through our work. As always, it was lively three days as practitioners from all sectors came together to learn about the wide variety of techniques that are used to build emotional connections with audiences.
